Course and location
The event is staged out of Marsh Creek State Park at 675 Park Road, Downingtown, PA 19335. The swim is a time trial start in the 500 acre Marsh Creek Lake on a single-loop, rectangular course. The bike is a single 20 km loop on well paved roads with a mix of technical sections and long straightaways alongside trout streams and forests. The 5 km run is entirely inside the park and includes lake views and an uphill section at roughly mile 1. The race site is described as west of Philadelphia and close to the Turnpike.

Individual and aquabike entry fees are listed at $130.90 including an $11.90 fee (a reduced price of $64.90 is shown for ages 12-19). Relay team entry is listed at $185.90 including a $16.90 fee. Registration benefits include a finisher medal, long sleeved tech shirt, custom socks, reusable packet bag, timed results, age group awards, post race meal, finisher certificate, and free finish line photos. The swim start uses a time trial format with two athletes starting every few seconds; an Elite Box Start option is noted for front-of-field starters.
