Distances:
- 750 m swim
- 20 km bike

The swim is a time trial start in the 500-acre Marsh Creek Lake on a single-loop, rectangular course. The bike is a single-loop, well paved 20 km course with technical sections and long straightaways alongside trout streams and forests. The 5 km run is entirely within the park with lake views and a notable uphill around mile 1. The race uses a time trial swim start, sending two athletes every few seconds, and includes an Elite Box Start option for athletes positioned at the front.

Registration includes a finisher medal, long-sleeved tech shirt, custom race socks, timed results, age group awards, post-race meal, and free finish line photos.
