Lake Terramuggus Sprint Triathlon #1

The event takes place on June 18, 2026, at 200 Park Road in Marlborough, CT. The race starts at 6:15 PM. The Lake Terramuggus Sprint Triathlon is in its 25th year and has served as a first race for many Iron Distance triathletes.

Participants can choose from several events:

  • Sprint Triathlon
  • Super Sprint Triathlon (featuring a 200-yard swim, 5.5-mile bike, and 1.7-mile run)
  • Sprint Relay Triathlon
  • Aqua Bike

The Sprint Triathlon course consists of a 600-yard lake swim, a bike leg with rolling hills over two loops, and a 5K run around the lake with a few small inclines. Aid is available on the run course. Registration is first-come, first-served, and waves are separated by gender. A relay division is available.
