Event Overview
The Lake Nona Tri-Nona Triathlon Series Race 2 takes place over two days in late August in Orlando, Florida. It is the second of two events in the series. The event features multiple adult sprint events and youth races.

The main events are sprint distance and include:

Two Youth Splash & Dash events are also held, with separate races for juniors (ages 6-10) and seniors (ages 11-14). The youth event involves traversing an inflatable aquatic obstacle course followed by a run.
Course Details
The adult triathlon and duathlon are point-to-point races. They start at Nona Adventure Park with a lake swim. The bike course goes through Lake Nona to the second transition area at Boxi Park. The final segment is a 5K run. Based on 2024 maps, the distances are a 400m swim, an 11 mile bike, and a 5K run.
Post-Race and Amenities
The finish and post-race festivities are at Boxi Park. Post-race amenities include free beer for participants and access to food. There is entertainment with music, games, and activities. Participant benefits include a custom event shirt and a finisher's medal. Awards are given to top finishers in multiple categories.
Youth Event Details
The Youth Splash & Dash is held on the first day at Nona Adventure Park. The run distance varies by age: a 0.5 mile run for ages 6-10 and a 1 mile run for ages 11-14. Youth participants also receive a shirt and finisher medal, with awards for top finishers.
