2026 J-Hawk Earlybird Race Series - Whitewater, WI

The 2026 J-Hawk Earlybird Race Series takes place on Sunday, May 3, 2026, in Whitewater, Wisconsin. The event base is at UW-Whitewater, Williams Center Pool, near Warhawk Drive. The series includes triathlon, duathlon, and aquabike formats, plus relay options and divisions for para athletes. General race information, maps, and wave assignments are posted online; there will be no on-site registration.

Events and distances

  • SUPER SPRINT Tri: 250 yard swim, 6.5 mile bike, 2 mile run
  • SPRINT Tri: 500 yard swim, 13 mile bike, 3.1 mile run
  • AQUABIKE Sprint: 500 yard swim, 13 mile bike
  • Duathlon: 2 mile run, 13 mile bike, 2 mile run
  • OLYMPIC Tri: 1000 yard swim, 26.5 mile bike, 6 mile run
  • AQUABIKE Olympic: 1000 yard swim, 26.5 mile bike

Registration, limits, and awards

Entry fees vary by event and a price increase is scheduled after April 4. Registration closes April 25 at 6:00 pm; wave assignments are posted April 26. Olympic-distance entries are limited to 54 racers combined across triathlon and aquabike. Relay teams register with one paying member; additional team members register as free relay members. Guides for para athletes may register free with the coupon code GUIDE. Awards include overall and age-division medals; overall winners are removed from age-group awards.
