Event details
The Dirty Santa Beer Mile takes place on Saturday, December 20, 2025, in Mission, Texas at 5x5 Brewery (801 Bryan Rd Ste 174, Mission, TX 78572). The event is open to ages 21 to 99. The registration fee is $35 and includes a finisher medal and a T-shirt if registered before the shirt deadline of December 7, 2025. A separate punch card for three beers is available for $12; this punch card is not for the beer mile itself. Packet pick up is at 5x5 Brewing Co. on the race date.
Format and rules
Participants will complete 5 laps around the brewery building. Before each lap, participants must consume one cup of beer provided by the brewery. Beer cups are served in containers up to 10 oz and must be finished inside the designated transition area before beginning the next lap. The event uses multiple waves, with two waves designated for the fastest competitors (one noted for the top male finishers and one for the top female finishers) and two mixed waves. Awards are given to the top three male and top three female finishers; all finishers receive a medal. Participants who vomit before finishing must run a maximum of one penalty lap immediately after completing their fifth lap. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
