Delta Lake Triathlon

The Delta Lake Triathlon takes place at the scenic 720-acre Delta Lake State Park in Rome, NY. This event offers multiple race options including Sprint and Olympic Triathlons, AquaBike races, and the challenging Delta Double, where participants complete both Sprint and Olympic distances in one day. The course features a 750-meter swim, a moderately hilly 11-mile bike ride outside the park, and a 5K run within the park, finishing by the lake.
