Event information
The DeGray Lake Triathlon takes place on Sunday, September 13, 2026, at DeGray Lake near Caddo Valley, Arkansas. The festival includes multiple multisport events: two triathlon distances, a sprint duathlon, an aquabike, and an open water swim. The Olympic triathlon has a team category. Entry fees are priced to include custom socks; participants may choose no socks to save $5. Apparel upgrade options are available: a ringspun cotton T-shirt for a $10 upgrade and a fully sublimated technical T-shirt for a $20 upgrade. If an ordered size is unavailable, a refund will be issued at packet pickup.
- Olympic Triathlon: 1,500 meter swim, 40 kilometer bike, 10 kilometer run
- Sprint Triathlon: 500 yard swim, 13.5 mile bike, 5 kilometer run
- Sprint Duathlon: Run 1: 2 miles, Bike: 13.5 miles, Run 2: 3.1 miles
- Aquabike (Olympic): 1,500 meter swim, 42 kilometer bike
- Open Water Swim: 1,500 meter swim
Venue and logistics
The race venue is DeGray Lake, a reservoir on the Caddo River within the Ouachita mountain area. The site is just outside Caddo Valley. Directions note the location is about 2.5 miles north on Highway 7 from Interstate 30, exit 78, then left onto Skyline Drive. The Spillway Trail Head, the Spillway Dam area, is roughly 0.8 mile west of the Skyline Drive and Highway 7 intersection. Packet pickup and the race start are at the listed venue.
