Conneaut Lake Sprint Triathlon
The Conneaut Lake Sprint Triathlon is a multisport event held at Fireman's Beach in Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania. The competition features a rolling course layout. Participants can choose to compete as individuals or as part of a relay team. All segments of the triathlon, including the swim, the bike, and the run, start and finish at the same location.
The event consists of three distinct legs:
- 650-yard swim
- 13.8-mile bike
- 5K run
All athletes are required to check in on the morning of the event to collect their timing chips. Packet pick-up is available the evening before at a separate location in Meadville or on the morning of the race at the beach. Participants must provide a photo ID to receive their materials.
The event provides timing services, and results are posted near the timing area as they become available. Awards are presented at the race site for the top three finishers in individual categories and the top two finishers in relay categories. Each entrant receives a custom-designed T-shirt, a swim cap, and post-race refreshments. Parking is not available directly at Fireman's Beach, requiring participants to use designated nearby parking areas. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
