Distances
- Sprint triathlon: 500 m swim, 12.4 miles (20K) bike, 3.1 miles (5K) run
- Duathlon: 2 mile run, 20K bike, 5K run
- Super Sprint: 400 m swim, 10K bike, 3K run
Courses and logistics
The swim for the main distances starts in the water on the western sea wall of Goguac Lake with swimmers turning buoys to their right and exiting onto the beach to reach transition. The bike route leaves Willard Beach and follows local roads including Capital Ave and Minges Rd, using bike lanes and road shoulders; organizers will not request road closures and will have officers and volunteers directing traffic. The 5K run follows George B Place, Capital Ave and Golden Ave (G Dr N) before using the Riverside Park walking trail with a staffed water station at the turnaround. The Super Sprint uses shorter, nearby loops on the same general roads and finishes on the beachside paved trail into Willard Beach Park.
Entries and participant items
Each registration includes a t-shirt, a finisher's medal, and a post-race meal from the event food truck. Packet pick-up and transition details are handled on race day at Willard Beach Pavilion. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
