Belews Lake Sprint Distance Triathlon & Multisport Race takes place at Belews Lake near Stokesdale, North Carolina, at the Carolina Marina, set against the lake’s clear waters and foothill backdrop. The event offers sprint distances and multi-sport options: Triathlon—750-meter swim, 14.5-mile bike, 5-kilometer run; Duathlon—2-mile run, 14.5-mile bike, 5K run; Aquabike—750-meter swim, 14.5-mile bike. It uses a time-trial swim start, with a two-loop bike course on rolling rural roads and a two-loop run along the lake.
