53 Strong DeAthlon

The DeAngelo Williams Foundation 53 Strong DeAthlon is an annual run-bike event held at Williams Rushing Farm in Monroe, North Carolina. The 6th edition, scheduled for August 2, 2025, features a unique run-bike-FUN format that includes a 3.4-mile run followed by a choice of three scenic bike routes through Union County farmlands: 20, 34, or 53 miles, each with rest stops and timed segments. Participants can compete individually or in teams, with a memory challenge incorporated along the bike course.
