53 Strong DeAthlon

The DeAngelo Williams Foundation 53 Strong DeAthlon is an annual multi-sport event held at Williams Rushing Farm in Monroe, North Carolina. Now in its 6th year, the event features a unique run-bike-FUN format that includes a 3.4-mile run followed by a choice of three scenic bike routes through Union County farmland: 20, 34, or 53 miles, each with rest stops and timed segments. Participants can compete individually or in teams, with a memory challenge incorporated along the bike course.

The event supports breast cancer early detection through the foundation’s 53 Strong for Sandra program. Registration includes swag, medals, and a post-race brunch. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
